The Details, Made Simple
| Registration | Register online in CampSite. If a program is full, you can still apply! Your child is added to the waitlist as part of the same application, and there’s no deposit to be on the waitlist. |

| Deposit | A $500 deposit per camper saves your spot. It’s part of your tuition, not an extra charge, and it’s non-refundable. No deposit is charged for campers on the waitlist. |
| Payment schedule | After your $500 deposit, the rest of your tuition is paid in three installments:
Registering after a payment date? No problem! You’ll pay your deposit plus any installments that have already come due, then follow the schedule from there. For example, if you register on December 1, you’ll pay the $500 deposit plus the 25% payment that was due November 15. |
| Registering on or after April 1 | Payment in full is due at registration. |
| Cancellations | We know plans can change. If you cancel before April 1, we’ll refund your tuition minus the $500 deposit. After April 1, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits. |
| Transportation | Central-stop busing is included for Moxies. Door-to-door transportation is available within our pickup area, and it’s included for Mini Moxies ages 3–5. Mini Moxies 18 months to 2 years are dropped off and picked up by a parent or caregiver. See Transportation + Care. |
| Missed days | We’re unable to offer credits or discounts for missed days. |
| Illness | If your camper is sick and misses 5 days in a row, we’ll give you a 1-week credit toward next summer. |
