Make a Splash

The pool is one of the best parts of a summer day at Camp Moxie! With Lifeguards and American Red Cross–trained aquatics staff watching over every swim, campers build real skills and have a blast in the water.
Instructional Swim
Every morning, campers in grade 6 and younger have instructional swim. Each camper is placed with a Swim Instructor based on their swimming ability and skills, so everyone learns at the right pace. All lessons follow the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program and are taught by certified Water Safety Instructors (WSIs).
Free Swim
Every afternoon, all campers get to cool off, splash around, play games, and enjoy time in the water with their friends. It’s the perfect way to recharge on a hot summer day!
Spray Park
On hot summer days, our spray park is a perfect way to cool down and play. Sprinklers, splashes, and lots of laughter make it a camper favorite.
Swim Electives
Campers in grade 7 and older choose from a variety of fun swim electives, such as pool sports, Guard Start (a first step toward becoming a Lifeguard), WSI Aide, water survival skills, and fitness swimming.
Swim Team
Each summer, our swim team competes in at least one swim meet. Want to join? Campers can sign up once camp begins, and the whole camp cheers them on!
